That an apology for absence from the Group Manager: Asset Management be accepted.
Leave of Absence had previously been granted to Councillor Nixon.

That the minutes of the Tenders Subcommittee Meeting held Thursday 12 July 2018 be confirmed as a true and correct record and be adopted.
