SUBJECT: Pre-circulated Applicant evidence for NOR Howard Street hearing - 11 February 2019
1.0 SUMMARY
1.1 The purpose of this report is to have a way to attach the pre-circulated Applicant evidence and to put it onto the website prior to the hearing – as is required by the provisions of the Resource Management Act.
1.2 This hearing date had initially been scheduled on 22 January 2019 and the applicant (HDC) had originally advised that there would be no circulated Briefs of Evidence, as this information had been included in the agenda documentation.
1.3 As a result of a Commissioner Minute, this hearing is now commencing on 11 February 2019 and the Applicant has provided the attached Briefs of Evidence (with a further attachment to come, which will be put onto the website separately).
