Leave of Absence had previously been granted to Councillor Buddo.

That Leave of Absence be granted to Councillor Schollum for 29 May to 4 June 2024.

A)        That Council receive the report titled Extraordinary Council Meeting - 9 May 2024 dated 30 April 2024.

B)        That Council agree to call an Extraordinary Council meeting on Thursday 9 May, 8:30am in the Council Chamber.

C)        That Council note that the general nature of business to be undertaken at the Extraordinary Council meeting will be to consider a commercial transaction / litigation issue.
