Pōhatu Paku joined the meeting at 1.15pm via zoom.
Pōhatu Paku left the meeting at 2.05pm and did not return.
Councillor Jessup left the room at 2.23pm and returned at 2.25pm.
Mayor Hazlehurst left the room at 2.29pm and returned at 2.33pm.
